The Hug

Tender moments spent in her embrace
No Mozart concerto, no gentle April day,
whatever charms they may possess,
can make me feel alive that way.

Two souls profoundly engaged.
Two hearts feeling love's gentle tug.
A rapturous intermingling,
While enjoying a simple hug.
