Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past 20 years or you really, really avoid sports; you know who Tom Brady is. Brady, a sixth round draft choice, has led the New England Patriots to nine Super Bowls (record) and won six of them (record). He sits near the top of practically every all-time NFL passing statistic.
What I like about this quote is that here you have a superstar player advocating for the many different ways someone can contribute to success.
Sometimes, we can get caught up thinking we have to play this role at work or that role in our families. The truth is it’s OK to contribute in whatever way you’re able to the success of the team or the organization.

To me, football is so much about mental toughness, it's digging deep, it's doing whatever you need to do to help a team win and that comes in a lot of shapes and forms.
