Our Thinking Will Decide the "New Normal"

We're hearing a lot these days about the "New Normal." We must not simply sit back and let others define that for us. We must be active participants in deciding what that new normal is and in taking responsibility for the thinking and paradigms that create it. This is a moment of opportunity.
