Labeling people is a common practice in political dialogue. It seeks and accomplishes the mission of reducing a person, their life experiences, and their sense of self into a single, usually, pejorative word or phrase. It’s dirty pool. It eliminates dialogue and cuts us off from good ideas had by anyone wearing that despised label.
